Pulsing Through @ All Street NYC
January 9th - January 25th, 2026
I'm excited to be showing this piece in “Pulsing Through” at All Street Gallery in NYC’s East Village, opening tonight from 6-8pm!
This painting is based on a series of photos I took during my first year of grad school at the New York Academy of Art back in 2015, when I was searching for themes. The stress of school and living in the big city were evident to me in the reference — a hand (my hand) emerging from the hole of a droopy everyday sweat jacket, and pressed to the wall in a cold winter light.
“Hand from Cuff”, Acrylic on panel, 8"x10".

34th Annual Holiday Mini Show @ Abend Gallery
December 5th - December 28th, 2024
I'm excited to show this new Nature|Figure piece at Abend's Holiday Show!
Building on an esthetic of warm/cools over silver which I've explored in past work, I tried to imagine the landscape energized by the figure in a small scale.
The piece is 8"x8" on a clay-coated (Claybord) panel, and framed with a silver accent to about 10"x10".

16th Annual NUDE Exhibition @ Manifest Gallery
August 16th - September 13th, 2024
I'm excited to be showing this acrylic figure painting at Manifest Gallery's annual exhibition of the nude!
In Figure 1 2023 I attempted my first full-color figure in many years. Instead of carefully mixing colors, I used a small palette of pure acrylic colors mixed only with white and medium; and I hatched these in many thin layers, one atop the other. This interlacing I hoped would creates a vibrant effect similar to egg tempera.
It is 8"x13" on ACM panel (Dibond), and framed in a way that floats the piece but hides the edge.
